My KunukHD camera shows the red light flashing on the front and the lcd screen is black in setup mode
put the firmware onto a blank sd card, insert it into the camera and turn it to set up. the camera will reboot the firmware and after 1-3 minutes the camera will come back on
I cant get service in set up mode on my KunukHD camera
Check to see if your firmware is up to date. Also check that you have bought your monthly or yearly subscription. The camera should show a green box under the cameras tab and say activated.
My memory card keeps filling up and I cant view the photos on the SD card
Check under the other tab in the camera then go to about. Ensure Qlog and Debug are not displayed. if they are hold the up arrow for approximately 10 seconds till it disappears and the down arrow for 10 seconds till the other disappears.
How do I know the version of firmware on my KUNUKHD
Simply turn the camera to SETUP mode, Go to the OTHER tab, Go to ABOUT tab and hold the right arrow for approximately 10 seconds. Your firmware version will display on the screen.
I'm not getting notifications
in the APP go to profile, add your 10 digit cell number and your cell phone provider. Then go to notifications and select the notifications you would like to receive.
I can't find the QR code
The QR code is found under the OTHER tab on the camera.
I can't scan the QR code
Your phone may not be giving the camera access. Iphone users go to settings, safari, camera, allow access and save. Also moving your camera in and out slowly allowing your phone to select the right camera to focus in on the QR code may help.
my camera says " unable to save camera: this iccid doesn't exist or is assigned to another device"
this could mean the camera is still registered by the old owner or there is an issue with the combination of the ICCID and IMEI. ( camera and sim card) check with the old owner and have them remove the camera from their camera list.
I want to sell my camera to someone else
Simply go to the camera name on the photos tab, hit edit and remove the camera from your list. THis will allow the camera to be scanned in by the new user. The warranty is prorated from the date of the original day the camera is scanned in.

Do I need a cellular sim for camera to work?
No. The camera will work like a normal trail camera with batteries and a SD card.
Where will the cellular camera work?
Check the network map of you cellular provider to see if your hunting area has service.
What is the best direction to face my camera?
Straight North or South is recommended. This reduces glare from sunrise and set situations.
Camera won’t turn on?
Check battery strength and that they are installed properly
Camera pictures blurry?
Clean front of camera lense with a clean dry cloth.
Camera won’t store or send pictures?
Make sure the SD card is in the unlocked position. Once SD card is full it will also not transmit or save pictures. To prevent this you can change SD cycle under other to ON. This will overwrite the oldest pictures and keep the camera working.
Camera takes to many pictures or none at all?
Adjust the PIR sensitivity in settings.
App get picture function not working?
This function only works when camera is in the "all the time mode" This means the camera is awake and can respond quickly. This more uses more battery life and is not recommended. This may still be effected by the strength of the cellular signal. Be patient.
